Abby Switzer earned her Juris Doctor from Brooklyn Law School, graduating with honors in May 2026. During law school, Abby developed a strong foundation in litigation, legal research and writing, and client advocacy through both academic and hands-on legal experience.
At Brooklyn Law, Abby was a member of the Moot Court Honor Society’s Trial Division, where she competed at the national level and honed her skills in trial advocacy, oral argument, case strategy, and persuasive legal writing.
Abby also gained substantive legal experience through her work with Appellate Advocates, Youth Represent, and Day One New York. In these roles, she developed experience in legal research and writing, case analysis, and client advocacy while working on matters involving complex legal issues.
These experiences shaped Abby’s thoughtful, detail-oriented approach to legal practice and her commitment to clear communication, careful preparation, and effective advocacy.
